Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
1. Prepare quantity taking off for tender and project feasibility study for costing purpose
2. Participate in tender exercise by building up pricing
3. Support material, machinery and subcontractor procurement
4. Support project progress claim and subcontractor payment certification.
5. Support on project final account both client and subcontractor certificate.
Qualification And Experience
1. Min 1 year experiences
2. Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying
3. Team member
4. Strong computer and communication skills including ACAD, Goldon, Revit and Excel.
