Mates Constructions Sdn. Bhd. is a professionally managed company providing project management and construction services from pre-construction, design & planning, construction to post-construction maintenance, delivering one-stop service for our clients. Mates Construction Sdn. Bhd. is registered as G7 Main Contractor under Construction Industry Development Board of Malaysia.
Besides building & construction, which is our principal business segment, our activities also include Addition & Alteration works, Design & Build, Renovation, Repair and Retrofitting Works. Our diverse portfolio in Residential, Commercial and Industrial Buildings has allowed us to gain valuable experiences as well as reputable clientèle.
Construction
As part of an enabling strategy to tap on technical know-how, expertise and resources to provide clients with wide spectrum of construction and engineering services and together with client trust, Mates Construction was established on 2021 to provide competent, reliable and affordable services executed to the best of our capabilities.
Building Information Modelling (BIM)
Capitalise on previous technical know how of BIM implementation in project, we have decided to continue our BIM services with the capability in creating building information models from sketches, CAD drawings, documentation in BIM, analysis, clash detection and content creation.
The design process will have BIM input from schematic design to design development and construction documentation with complete BIM modeling for the project. Proposed Worker Dormitory With 2000 residents capacity self contained hostel complete with cooking area, dining hall facilities, surau, communal facilities and amenities. The dormitory has been furnished with WIFI system, sufficent bathroom and toilets, cloths hanging area, fitness facilities inculding basketball court and jogging path as well as entertainment area, movie room and carrom board.
The facilties included plenty convenient shops at residents' reach , sufficent bus lay by and sheltered walkway to every single block of hostel. The dormitory security system has equipped with CCTV surveillance camera system, perimeter fencing and 24 hours on site guard house
Proposed resort style fully furnished serviced apartment equipped with function hall, boardroom, club lounge, sky lounge and fine dining area.
Proposed commercial mixed development consists of drive through outlets, commercial boutique shoplot, commercial complex and serviced residences with commercial areas.
