1. Ensure project completion is timely and within the allocated budget
2. Provide comprehensive day to day field supervision at the site. Ensure all construction is being performed to quality and standard in compliance with design specifications, drawings and shcedule.
3. Contribute to contact management with input on Variation Order,material and subcontract orders for Contract Department.
4. Update project schedules , ensure completion of activities accordance with schedule. Expedite and coordinate any delayed or potential delay activities. Maintain regular estimates of the cost to completion and time to completion of task.
5. Coordinate and optimize the arrangement of daily activities tasked to the construction staff and subcontractors to increase productivity.
6. Review quotes, material requisition, deliveries and on site production.
7. Certify invoices for supplier and subcontractors payment.
8. Determine and recommend labour force, materials and equipment requirements.
9. Coordinate, administer and lead weekly progress meetings with client and construction team.
10. Advice on recommendations for improvement on health and safety issue.
11. Provide on job training for subordinate in carrying out construction supervision including contract administration, quality control, construction and monitoring evaluation .

1. Min 8 years experiences in industrial construction field.
2. Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Science, and Construction Management
3. Able to inspire and lead project team
4. Strong organization and management skills
5. Effective interpersonal skills and working cooperatively and effectively within a team
6. Proficiency in producing and managing monthly operational expenses and monthly projection.
7. Strong computer and communication skills including ACAD, Microsoft Project and Excel.
